Order Processing
Orders are carefully reviewed, packed and prepared before dispatch. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days, excluding public holidays and exceptional high-volume periods.
Delivery
Delivery time depends on the destination and courier service. Customers should provide a complete address and an active phone number so the courier can complete delivery without unnecessary delay.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges are shown in the cart and checkout before an order is confirmed. Promotional or complimentary shipping may apply when the displayed order-value requirement is met.
Delays and Address Issues
Fox Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier operations, public holidays or an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Contact customer care promptly if an address correction is required.
Parcel Inspection
Please inspect the parcel when received. Report a visibly damaged, incomplete or incorrect order to customer care as soon as possible, together with the order number and clear supporting photos.
